An important step in this direction is the recent overhaul of the Moj GEN-I customer portal – the digital centre of the smart energy experience for customers in the Slovenian B2C segment, designed with an eye on the future, on new products, and on ever more sophisticated and advanced energy solutions.

The Moj GEN-I portal provides customers with a comprehensive overview of their electricity, gas and self-supply consumption. Using interactive displays, the portal helps customers make informed decisions and identify opportunities to optimise their consumption and costs.

We also focus heavily on developing solutions for active consumers and self-supply. The portal includes advanced functions for monitoring use by network tariff block, information on your battery energy storage system operations, and an overview of your energy production and consumption. This is part of our efforts to be central to a more sustainable and digitally supported future.

Moj GEN-I is also where you can manage user accounts, price list, products and payment settings, as well as multiple metering points, and do so with the minimum of fuss. All the portal’s functions are designed to provide a premium user experience accessible from a range of devices.

The new Moj GEN-I portal is part of our ongoing strategic focus on developing innovative solutions that bring customers greater transparency, control and flexibility when it comes to managing their energy. As you will have come to expect from us, it also sets new customer experience standards for the sector.
