HR&M Project of the Year 2023 finalists

At this year’s HR&M Conference, themed ‘Experience the Possible’, we were selected as one of the top finalists for the HR&M Project of the Year 2023 in the large enterprise category. Among the best of the best was the Trading Challenge, which we ran first internally and then, based on our experience, externally.

Trading is one of the pillars of GEN-I and as such it is a very important element of our business. Therefore, the external program introduced the trading area to the general public, brought them closer to the daily life of our traders, optimized our selection processes, and improved the content of the trading rotation.

Throughout the program, we lived, breathed, and reinforced our value of inclusivity, as all colleagues, from senior to junior staff, had the opportunity to participate in the internal program, while the diversity of backgrounds allowed those who might not initially work together to get to know each other. The program has developed internal talent and potential as well as accelerated the onboarding process in the trading sector.

We know that the greatest value of GEN-I is our employees. They successfully brought the GEN-I Trading Challenge to an end with a lot of effort, knowledge, and willpower. We are delighted that our program has been selected as a finalist for the HR&M Project of the Year 2023 among all the practices presented. This achievement would not have been possible without our colleagues, and we will continue to create new development opportunities for them.
