HR Team of the year finalists

For the 19th year in a row, the Slovenian Human Resources Association presented awards for outstanding HR practices in Slovenian companies. This year, for the first time, they decided to extend the award to recognize the HR Team of the Year. In the large enterprises category, GEN-I was a finalist for the first time.

The award citation said:

The company has also shown great innovation and breakthroughs in its HR function, where it has successfully launched several high-profile projects in the past year, including leadership development programs, a five-month trading challenge program, energy trading training, the monitoring of employee well-being and mental health, and the development of a culture of virtues aimed at maximizing individual talents with a focus on positive psychology and personal growth.

Being named a finalist is further confirmation that our HR practices are widely recognized. We believe that, together with the other finalists and winners, we can continue to generate and develop interest and concern for the development of the HR profession.
